About this role

Support the regional Legal and Compliance Department with legal and contractual matters
Collaborate with regional leaders and MMA’s national legal team
Provide advice and proactive support to colleagues within the region
Drive continuous improvement to the overarching Legal and Compliance Department
Serve as a subject matter expert on national and regional policies, procedures and best practices

Experience in contract management, paralegal work, or legal and compliance roles
Basic understanding of contract development, standards, and language
Familiarity with managing contract life cycle including review, negotiation, administration, and occasional drafting of various agreements
Continuously stays up to date on legislative and regulatory changes and maintains clear internal documentation and procedures
Demonstrated ability to model change management best practices
