Requirements

Demonstrated experience leading complex, scaled, cross‑functional and cross‑geographical projects in a matrixed organization.
Proven ability to partner effectively with Research and Development, technical teams, and other functions to bring innovation to market.

Strong understanding of packaging, equipment, or related commercialization processes and their role in driving consumer and customer value.
