About this role
Role Overview
Leads and delivers internal initiatives with a strong focus on People & Culture, organizational development, and digital transformation
Responsible for shaping and steering projects end to end, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery
Coordinates senior stakeholders and ensures outcomes align with agreed objectives
Owns and delivers internal People & Culture initiatives or complex workstreams end to end
Defines project scope, timelines, milestones, and governance in close alignment with project sponsors
Monitors progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, and proactively manages escalations
Serves as the central point of contact for sponsors, senior stakeholders, and cross‑functional project teams
Prepares and facilitates workshops, project meetings, and decision‑making forums
Translates business and HR needs into structured requirements for processes, systems, and people‑tech tools
Ensures alignment between business objectives, user experience, and system capabilities
Develops management‑ready presentations, status reports, and project documentation
Supports change, communication, and adoption activities across the organization
Requirements
University degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field
Proven experience in project management, preferably within internal initiatives, HR, or transformation programs
Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence in collaborating and communicating with senior leaders
Excellent analytical, structuring, and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complexity into clear actions
Very good communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Structured, reliable, and solution‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Genuine interest in People & Culture topics, organisational development, and change management
