Perform and oversee engineering design, analysis, and preparation of plans, specifications, and reports for a wide variety of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
Manage project schedules, scopes, and budgets.
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and consultants.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Monitor project finances, invoicing, and contractual compliance.
Support business development and proposal preparation.
Mentor junior engineers and review technical work.
Engage clients, agencies and other professionals within the water, wastewater and stormwater engineering industry.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, or related field.
8 years minimum of engineering and project experience with an emphasis in Water Resources.
Registered Professional Engineer license
Strong preference for candidates with technical understanding of delivering water, wastewater and stormwater engineering projects.
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
Ability to work and lead in a team environment while mentoring staff.
Ability to manage multiple assignments on a variety of projects.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Proficient knowledge in AutoCAD, Civil3D, Revit and GIS software packages.
