Requirements
- Skilled moderator passionate about protecting youth communities
- Monitoring activity: Keeping an eye on comments, messages, mentions, and posts to ensure the community stays active and on-topic
- Enforcing community guidelines by removing inappropriate, offensive, or spam content
- Escalating issues: Identifying and flagging sensitive concerns, customer complaints, or potential crises for the appropriate teams to address
- Gathering insights: Tracking trends, frequently asked questions, or common complaints that can help improve user experience
