Role Overview
- Develop and execute creative strategies for paid and organic marketing campaigns
- Analyze performance data to inform creative direction and optimization
- Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and copywriters to produce high-converting ads
- Generate fresh content ideas aligned with brand voice and audience insights
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Write or guide ad copy, scripts, and messaging frameworks
- Test and iterate creatives across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
- Present campaign insights and recommendations to internal teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or performance marketing
- Proven experience developing ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions
- Strong understanding of platforms like Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative direction
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, media buying, content)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or SaaS marketing
- Background in copywriting, content creation, or branding
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and creative testing platforms
