Own and execute the Workday reporting and analytics strategy (standard reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards , Prism Analytics, and related data products)
Serve as the SME for Workday reporting tools and the Workday data model; define standards, architecture, data definitions, and governance
Translate business reporting needs into scalable Workday solutions and a prioritized delivery roadmap
Lead Workday data extraction and downstream consumption (RaaS, APIs/integrations), optimizing performance, volume, and security constraints
Own the Prism Analytics roadmap (use cases, sourcing, transformations, and lifecycle management) and support delivery across deployments and releases
Provide technical leadership: documentation, mentoring, complex issue resolution, and alignment with integration, security, and compliance teams
Drive continuous improvement by staying current on Workday capabilities, best practices, and industry trends; build and maintain a peer network

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
6+ years of experience in ERP reporting/analytics/data management
3+ years of hands-on Workday reporting/analytics
Deep expertise in Workday reporting tools (Advanced Reporting, Dashboards/Discovery Boards, Worksheets) and Prism Analytics
Strong knowledge of the Workday data model and Workday security/domains
Experience with data extraction and downstream consumption (RaaS, APIs/integrations)
Workday Reporting and/or Prism Analytics certification and Adaptive Planning reporting experience (preferred)
Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed; occasional local/national travel may be required.
