About this role
Role Overview
This is a remote position.
Most AI internships hand you a sandbox project no one will ever use. This one is the opposite.
You'll work directly with the CEO and divisional leads, embed in real workflows across the business, and deploy agents that go straight into our workflow.
By the end of the 16 weeks, you'll have a portfolio of agents running in a real company, executive-level exposure most interns never get, and a working experience.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Agent Developer intern to join our team.
This is a unique, hands-on role where you will design and implement end-to-end AI solutions that automate real business workflows across multiple divisions.
You will work directly with our CEO and department leads to identify automation opportunities, architect solutions using cloud-based AI services, and deploy tools that deliver measurable efficiency gains.
Embed with each division to deeply understand current workflows — how work actually gets done, where time is lost, and which steps are ripe for agent automation.
Connect agents to the third-party tools each team already uses, integrating with our preferred AI platforms (Google and Anthropic ecosystems) so agents operate inside existing workflows rather than alongside them.
Design and build AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, decision-making, and tool use, with the goal of having a purpose-built agent integrated into every team's workflow.
Conduct rigorous testing of all solutions, identify areas for improvement, and iterate to achieve higher accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
Partner closely with each team from workflow discovery through rollout — running working sessions, demoing prototypes, and iterating with end users so each agent lands cleanly in their daily workflow and earns adoption.
