They are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to support the company's business processes and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to support the company's business processes and objectives
• Uncustomizing Salesforce features
• Managing integrations with other systems
• Developing workflows
• Ensuring platform optimization
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Adhering to best practices for secure and scalable software development

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, and declarative tools
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migrations
• Strong understanding of database design, SOQL, and Salesforce data modeling concepts
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior developers
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer certification is a plus
