Role Overview

• Lead elicitation sessions using various requirements gathering methods
• Create process and value stream models for 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes
• Develop reports, presentations, and business cases for stakeholders
• Create user stories and test cases to capture and track requirements
• Develop prototypes using design tools like Axure or Figma
• Collaborate with business users for requirements gathering on Siebel CRM

Requirements

• 84 months experience leading elicitation sessions
• 60 months experience creating process and value stream models
• 60 months experience creating reports, presentations, and business cases
• 48 months experience creating user stories, test cases, and test scripts
• 48 months experience developing detailed prototypes using tools such as Axure or Figma
• 24 months experience working with business users to gather requirements for Siebel CRM application
• 24 months experience working in State Government
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Business Analyst Certification (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PBA, or comparable)
• Scrum Master Certification
