About this role
Role Overview
Handling member inquiries across multiple channels, including email, phone, and social media
Developing in-depth product knowledge of our bike range to provide personalized advice and recommendations to members
Acting as the voice of the customer by collecting feedback and sharing insights with your team
Communicating clearly and effectively to ensure information is always understandable and precise
Demonstrating a solution-oriented approach by resolving issues at first contact whenever possible
Requirements
Genuine interest in providing the best possible customer support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
Strong problem-solving skills paired with natural curiosity and willingness to learn
High degree of empathy and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
Actively seeking feedback to grow and develop personally
Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, while also able to work independently
Maintaining a positive attitude even under pressure or in challenging situations
A reliable, organized, and committed team player
At least one year of hands-on experience in a similar customer service role
Fluent in English
