Performs the more complex Decision Analytics delivery (and assessment) of prospect and customer leads for various products and services into digital channels.
Supplies the team with the insights & facts needed to drive strategy and innovation.
Brings insights to life to help others understand what “commercial success” looks like, & the ROI.
Uses critical thinking skills to come up with the right questions to ask or problems to solve.
Makes complex topics seem simple and lays out clear options for decision-makers.
Utilizes sales force lead lists and next best action methods.
Leads will be primarily in the form of product and service sales (acquisition, cross-sell, activation, utilization, balance build, retention, etc.).
May mentor less experienced colleagues as directed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years experience working in product analytics
2+ years of management/people leadership experience (Preferred)
2+ years of experience working in data manipulation tools such as Python, R, SQL, or other tools to query large databases and manipulate large data files.
Experience in Banking or Finance (Preferred)
CFA charter holders or MBA degree (Preferred)
Strong knowledge about the deposit, lending, and investment products
Strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
