Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
Own data infrastructure, tooling, processes for product team.
Triaging bugs, managing tech stack, building feedback loops with clinic teams.
Ensure launches are equipped with training and toolkits for Clinical + Operations team.

4+ years in product operations, product management, technical program management, or project management role.
Strong written & verbal communication
Ability to slice and dice data, identify patterns, and turn ambiguous inputs into clear recommendations.
Comfortable making decisions with limited data.
Willingness to adopt and learn new tools, including AI tools.
Nice to Haves: Strong experience with EHR systems (Epic and athena), health system integrations, or healthcare technology.
