Requirements
Completed training as a legal assistant (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte) or comparable legal work experience (e.g., several years as a caseworker in the insurance or law firm environment)
Native-level German (C2) in spoken and written form
Structured way of working with a clear sense of priorities — you know which deadline matters today and which can wait until next week
Confident communication, both written and by phone
Routine in using digital tools — you enjoy getting to know new systems
