Lead full-cycle campaign management: building sequences, writing copy, segmenting audiences, running A/B tests, and iterating on messaging to maximize reply rates and qualified pipeline output.
Source, enrich, and maintain targeted lead lists using Apollo, Clay, or equivalent tools; apply rigorous data hygiene and ICP segmentation to ensure every send reaches the right audience.
Track and report on key metrics, open rate, reply rate, bounce rate, positive reply rate and translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable next steps.
Requirements
3+ years of hands on cold email or outbound lead generation experience
Proven track record managing campaigns with measurable reply rates and pipeline contribution
Fluency in email deliverability; warm-up protocols, DNS setup, blacklist monitoring, and spam trigger mitigation
Proficiency with tools like Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, or comparable outbound platforms
