About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the complete installation of fall-protection systems: from interpreting plans to delivering the site without reservations, strictly adhering to our safety standards and the site manager's deadlines.
- Prepare the site: equipment, PPE, and securing the work area.
- Install fall-protection devices.
- Manage your team, monitor progress, and ensure quality.
- Inspect and test (pull tests, test reports/certificates, as-built documentation).
- Report daily via Alobees and maintain phone contact with the site manager.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in working at height / roofing / rope access.
- Valid Working-at-Height certification.
- Ability to read plans and a strong safety mindset.
- Leadership, clear communication, and time-management skills.
