Assist in the design and execution of operational risk testing and continuous monitoring
Work independently and collaboratively on risk-based monitoring and evaluation activities
Develop assessments and provide input over control effectiveness through formal reporting
Review policies, procedures, and programs for consistency with standards and regulations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with management and internal clients

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of banking operations, risk management (operational and/or compliance), and/or audit experience
Practical working knowledge of financial services operations
Demonstrated skill in effectively communicating (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team environment
High ethical standards, strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Autonomous, self-motivated, and flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to change
