As a Service Engineer you are responsible for accepting, registering and solving various problems with the end customer in the field of server hardware.

Requirements
A completed MBO4 degree towards IT or comparable level obtained through experience.
You have an excellent command of the English language.
You have experience with 1st and 2nd line support/helpdesk.
You have good communication skills.
You think analytically and problem-solvingly.
You quickly acquire knowledge.
You can perform individually and under pressure.
You have (basic) knowledge of the Windows OS/Linux.
You have (basic) knowledge of system management (networks, servers, databases).
You are representable.
You are in possession of a driving license (B).
