Direct discovery activities — including stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments — and partner with researchers and strategists to ensure findings translate into clear strategic direction.
Define strategies for websites, digital products, and experiences that align customer needs with business goals and technology capabilities.
Develop high-impact presentations and strategic deliverables that inspire clients and equip cross-functional teams with clear direction.
Partner closely with designers, creatives, technologists, content strategists, and analysts to shape cohesive, integrated digital strategies.
Lead teams through ambiguity by establishing direction, clarifying decisions, and maintaining momentum even when details continue to evolve.
Stay ahead of emerging trends — especially in AI, digital transformation, and experience strategy — while bringing forward insights that elevate our work.
Requirements
7–10+ years of experience in digital strategy, client services, account management, consulting, or a related field; digital agency experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain senior client relationships in a services or consulting environment.
Strong understanding of websites, UX design, IA, and product strategy.
Familiarity with AI and emerging tools and the ability to speak credibly about their role in digital strategy.
Outstanding strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication abilities (visual and verbal).
Ability to synthesize research and insights into actionable strategic direction.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
