Manage, develops and motivates a team of roughly 15-20 M&P engineers across the Customer Support and Spares M&P team
Collaborates with Customer Support, BGS, Supply Chain and Engineering leaders on Top priorities, RIO management, and technology insertions
Ensures the M&P team is meeting commitments on design development, design reviews, liaison support, qualifications, and supply chain activities
Manage and execute to budget, staffing, and metrics that evaluate the health of the business

Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
5+ years of relevant technical experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing industries
At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership"
