Collaborate with personnel across business units and functional areas.
Write, review, and edit support agreements and technical documents.
Capture metrics data for reporting efforts to different leadership levels.
Provide clear and effective communications.
Manage and track coordination of Support Agreements in compliance with guidance.
Develop, coordinate, and manage various Support Agreements.
Work efficiently with Support Agreements personnel and SDD Product Teams.
Maintain a central repository for all Support Agreement documentation.
Develop and maintain templates and process assets for Support Agreements.
Maintain Support Agreement schedules in collaboration with other areas.
Improve the collection of meaningful metrics data for analysis.

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of Project Management experience.
Strong editorial and writing skills, with attention to detail.
Comfort with technical subjects in Emerging Technology, CyberSecurity, Healthcare, and Engineering.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Robust organization skills to support multiple Products and meet deadlines.
SharePoint Online experience preferred.
Knowledge of DoD Acquisition and Support Agreements processes preferred.
Knowledge of PMBOK® processes preferred.
PMP certification preferred.
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
