Partner with Sales team members to qualify opportunities, lead technical discovery conversations, and architect tailored solutions
Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, and proposals aligned to customer workflows and use cases
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospects and customers through the sales cycle
Conduct needs assessments to understand technical requirements and objectives
Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders including Software Engineers, Technical Managers, Product Directors, and others
Collaborate with Product and Software Engineering teams to relay customer feedback, influence the roadmap, and ensure EarthDaily’s solutions remain market-competitive
Monitor competitive landscape
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Software Engineering, Geography/GIS, Physics/Applied Math, or related field
5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or geospatial consulting role within the remote sensing, geospatial, or Earth observation industry
Hands-on experience with commercial Earth observation and related geospatial data formats, tools, and concepts
Proficiency with at least one relevant programming language or scripting environment (Python preferred)
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience working in or supporting cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
