Concept and design ecommerce experiences across Therabody.com, including product detail pages, collection pages, landing pages, cart, and checkout flows.
Create key UX deliverables—sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups—that align with project briefs and business objectives.
Translate product and merchandising requirements into clean, functional designs grounded in DTC and ecommerce UX best practices.
Collaborate with the ecommerce and analytics teams to understand performance data, identify friction points, and design improvements that support conversion goals.
Work within Therabody’s brand guidelines and design system to ensure visual consistency across all ecommerce touchpoints.
Partner with front-end engineers to hand off designs cleanly and QA implementations to ensure they match specs.
Build and deliver design variants for A/B tests, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Participate in user research and usability testing to validate design directions and iterate based on findings.
Requirements
5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong focus on ecommerce—experience with Shopify, DTC brands, or consumer electronics is a plus.
A portfolio that shows well-crafted ecommerce work: product pages, checkouts, landing pages, and other key shopping touchpoints.
Proficiency in Figma with experience working within established design systems and component libraries; hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Galileo, Relume, or similar) to accelerate concepting and iteration.
Solid understanding of ecommerce UX patterns, responsive design, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
Comfortable using analytics tools (Google Analytics, FullStory, or similar) to inform design decisions.
Experience with user research and usability testing, including quick-turn methods to validate ideas.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and an understanding of their UX constraints and capabilities.
Collaborative and adaptable—you take feedback well, communicate clearly, and can move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Strong presentation skills—you can walk stakeholders through your design rationale and trade-offs.
