Researches, compiles, and analyzes information on assigned projects; reviews CDRL packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with format/content requirements
Prepares and coordinates clear, concise written communications and leadership correspondence; develops background materials and draft documents for leadership review and signature
Monitors and tracks progress of taskings and initiatives; ensures leadership is informed of mission-relevant issues, risks, and status updates
Coordinates, schedules, and supports meetings and conferences (virtual and in-person); prepares agendas/materials, tracks attendance, and documents minutes and action items in accordance with organizational policy
Provides administrative and operational support including dissemination of program guidance, maintenance of conferencing systems/logs, and travel planning and DTS administration
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Up to five years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed
OR, five years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements.
5 years of experience in DoD acquisitions and Life Cycle Management
Experience with DoD acquisitions and LCM program execution
Experience with document approval and routing procedures
