Prepare, maintain, and distribute program-level financial and performance reporting across the full Project Delivery portfolio.
Monitor program-wide financial health by reviewing commitments, actuals, forecasts, and trends; escalate risks and collaborate with Finance and Program Managers to resolve discrepancies.
Support program governance processes including dashboards, scorecards, leadership review materials, and recurring reporting cycles.
Create and manage procurement requests (PRs/POs) in alignment with program budgets and procurement strategies.
Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation tied to program-level controls including financials, procurement, and compliance.
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in aggregated data; proactively recommend corrective actions or process improvements.
Collaborate with project delivery, procurement, finance, and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth and timely flow of program information.
Support the review and processing of invoices and pay applications, ensuring alignment with program budgets and financial requirements.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in project or program management, construction management, or related fields preferred.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Experience with enterprise financial systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.).
Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize information for leadership audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project/program management tools.
Experience supporting reporting, governance, or controls functions in a matrixed organization.
