Direct project management services on assigned JLL client projects
Oversee project implementation and execution through construction completion
Manage small ground-up projects encompassing programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, and construction management
Develop project budgets including hard and soft costs
Manage consultant and contractor teams
Maintain client relationships and provide on-site supervision
Involve in business development activities
Train JLL team members and identify areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk

High School diploma or GED equivalent
7-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in Corporate Interiors
Experience in managing multiple diverse types of Corporate Interiors projects, varying from $1M to $50M
Experience managing remote teams and coordinating across multiple locations
Firm knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong preference to possess a LEED, AIA, PE, PMP
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project
Proficiency with Google Applications
