About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all escalations related to Debit, Services, and Payments
- Streamline and formalize escalation management processes
- Act as dedicated Product Manager for Reverse Positive Pay
- Partner with Digital and product teams to manage the sunset of the Payments and Invoicing product
- Assess ongoing client invoicing needs and evaluate potential future product opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience leading complex financial products through vendor‑based delivery models.
- Strong product management and strategic planning skills, with the ability to drive execution across matrixed teams.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders across technology, operations, risk, legal, and compliance.
