About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of an enterprise-scale Azure cloud platform aligned with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) principles for the Judicial Branch
- Provide architectural leadership across cloud domains, including landing zone design, governance, security, networking, DevOps, and resilience
- Design and oversee Azure infrastructure (VMs, App Services, Storage, SQL)
- Establish identity and access management using Azure AD and RBAC
- Enforce security and compliance through policies and encryption
- Implement monitoring and optimization strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience
- Proven experience designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions at scale
- Hands-on experience with CAF-aligned cloud adoption and landing zones
- Experience implementing security, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Experience with DevOps transformation and automation
- Experience leading cross-functional architecture initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification preferred
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification preferred
