About this role
Role Overview
Lead a national team of five Account Executives focused on evaluating the brand’s business impact across assigned GPO, IDN, and hospital systems.
Establish strong partnerships with in-field counterparts, including Sales, Director of National Accounts (DNA), FRMs, and others.
Collaborate and communicate the brand’s value proposition to target accounts and cultivate relationships with key influencers and financial decision-makers.
Work with Sales Leadership and Federal Managed Care Leadership to manage VA/DOD initiatives.
Develop overarching strategy to penetrate accounts and allocate resources for optimizing ROI through increased brand sales.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
Advanced analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business.
Ability to examine business environment and develop/execute in response to market opportunities.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet safe driving requirements.
