Lead mine water management projects from conceptual planning through detailed design.
Lead mine water balance models to support site-wide water balance assessments and management planning.
Support the development of water quality models.
Direct mine water management infrastructure planning and design, focusing on surface water infrastructure.
Oversee the completion of climate, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to support peak flow and flood control studies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support closure visioning, planning and execution.
Provide senior technical oversight and serve as a Qualified Professional as required.
Interact competently with internal and external stakeholders.

Bachelor or graduate degree in Civil, Environmental or Water Resources Engineering.
Holds a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in at least one Canadian province.
Demonstrated leadership and experience in water management within the mining industry.
Experience engaging directly with mining clients and regulators as a senior technical advisor.
Experience and aptitude for multidisciplinary work and dynamic team environments.
Demonstrated experience in hydrology, hydraulics, water infrastructure design, and water balance modelling.
Proficiency using water modelling softwares such as GoldSim, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS and other relevant numerical modelling programs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
