Account Management: Being the main account manager for the key clients onboarded, responsible for client satisfaction and upselling.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in B2B payments, with strong knowledge of lodge cards, corporate client needs, and B2B accounting systems
You have an entrepreneurial mindset: you will shape our go-to-market strategy for the lodge product and communicate local needs to the relevant departments
You thrive when working with customers, you are communicative and know how to relate to your contact persons
Comfort working in a fast paced and agile environment
You have excellent Italian and English language skills both written and spoken
