Help identify skill gaps and coordinate and where appropriate, host training initiatives and courses to ensure our team grows as fast as the company does.
Assist on various D&I initiatives including work on hiring processes and supporting our employees with disabilities and adjustments.
Support the processes surrounding performance cycles, and goal-setting frameworks (OKRs).
With guidance from the Head of People
manage the more junior but varied HR processes including disciplinaries, grievances, and conflict resolution with empathy and compliance.
Ensure we are providing a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment (physical or remote) as our headcount expands.
Requirements
2 years of experience in high-volume or startup recruitment.
Comfortable on the phone and happy to reach out to people proactively on Linkedin.
Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of building processes from scratch before the company doubles in size.
