Act as a key advisor and strategist in guiding stakeholders through industry disruptions, ensuring clarity and confidence in the relevance of RxBenefits’ solutions and approach.
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that address legislative reforms, PBM industry evolution, compliance updates, and crisis communications, ensuring alignment with RxBenefits' business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Craft and deliver impactful messaging tailored to benefit advisors and client contacts, fostering understanding and trust across diverse audiences.
Lead efforts in marketing and internal communications to produce impactful tools and resources that enable our business development, account management, and operations teams to achieve excellence in enterprise-wide execution.

7-10 years’ experience in communications leadership within the PBM or healthcare industry, with a focus on regulatory and compliance communications.
Proven ability to translate complex industry developments into clear, actionable messaging for diverse audiences.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing global teams.
Exceptional strategic thinking, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
Demonstrated success in navigating fast-paced, evolving industries and driving impactful communication strategies.
