Create and update marketing and sales materials such as presentations, brochures, banners, and digital content
Write and edit internal and customer-facing communications, product, and website content
Keep our marketing assets, templates, and image libraries organised and up to date
Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and client communications
Maintain CRM data and enquiry tracking to ensure accuracy and usability
Update website content using our CMS
Help plan and execute events and internal initiatives
Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to deliver marketing materials
Ensure brand consistency across everything we produce
Support general coordination and admin tasks where needed

Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiar with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, or Adobe Express
Basic video editing skills are a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised across multiple tasks
A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
Clear communication skills and a professional approach
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage deadlines
A positive attitude and openness to learning
