Manage and further develop a larger customer portfolio through scalable, digital measures (e.g., email campaigns, webinars, etc.)
Support the onboarding of new customers and ensure a successful start with the product
Analyze usage data and derive actions to increase engagement and satisfaction
Handle customer inquiries via ticketing systems and digital support channels
Maintain customer data and documentation in the CRM
Develop and implement automated customer success campaigns (e.g., lifecycle emails, reminders, training formats)
Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales to incorporate customer feedback
Identify risks and growth opportunities along the customer journey
Requirements
Initial experience in customer-facing roles, support, sales, or customer success (e.g., internship or student working position)
Structured, independent and service-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers
Interest in SaaS products, digital tools and data-driven work
Analytical thinking and the ability to prioritize
Very good German and good English skills
Completed degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., business administration, psychology, communications, IT) — or relevant practical experience
