Network management & market presence: You have a broad, established network of property owners, project developers, asset holders and municipal decision-makers.
Site assessment & business development: You analyze potential locations, assess commercial viability and develop robust operating and site concepts.
Negotiation & contract closing: You lead discussions and negotiations with owners, developers and other partners confidently and with a results-oriented approach.
Strategic development: You monitor market trends, analyze site potential and derive recommendations to advance our expansion strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience in site acquisition, expansion, project development or the real estate sector
Strong network with property owners, project developers, asset holders and municipal decision-makers
Experienced in off-market sourcing and able to identify opportunities before they are publicly listed
Confidence, strong communication skills and negotiation ability — including with senior decision-makers and owners
Structured and independent working style with a pronounced understanding of commercial viability and site potential
Willingness to travel, negotiation-level German (business fluent) and very good English, PowerPoint and Excel skills
