Responsible for the commercial handling of complex, international solar tracker projects, including preparation of all customer invoices and audit‑ready documentation in accordance with contractual milestones
Ensure a transparent, accurate and timely billing process, including review of contractual payment schedules and proactive resolution of billing‑related issues
Active cashflow and receivables management, ensuring timely invoicing and monitoring of incoming payments
Effective stakeholder management with Sales, Legal and Project Management to address deviations early and ensure smooth execution of all payment and billing processes
Communicate and clarify commercial matters at an operational level with management and international customers, including clear presentation of relevant project KPIs, cashflow information and risk assessments
Actively contribute to process and tool optimizations and further digitalization by identifying improvement opportunities, defining requirements and supporting as a key user

Completed commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience, or a university degree
Several years' experience in project billing, project‑related accounting, or inside sales, ideally in an international environment with complex, long‑term industrial projects
Strong understanding of contract structures, payment schedules, milestone logic and the financial representation of project‑related matters
Solid knowledge of invoice preparation and experience with VAT requirements for international invoices
Proficient use of ERP systems and reporting tools, with strong analytical skills and high numeracy
Structured, independent and solution‑oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Ability to communicate internationally and to interact confidently, assertively and diplomatically with management, customers and cross‑functional stakeholders
Business‑fluent German and English, both written and spoken
