Taking full ownership of the lifecycle and ongoing maintenance of assigned funds
Ensuring timely and seamless launch of funds and restructurings in close collaboration with sales, structuring, operational teams and external service providers
Leading team-relevant projects and contributing to business unit-relevant projects
Clear understanding of private markets, fund structures as well as processes, roles, systems and responsibilities across the firm to drive efficient fund operations
Collaborates with team leaders across the firm to effectively and efficiently solve operational challenges
Proactively interacting with internal and external stakeholders to assess satisfaction, identify issues, and independently implement robust resolution
Ability to research various fund-related topics, formulate conclusions, and effectively communicate findings to the broader team and colleagues across the organization
Confidently liaising with client counterparts to understand their operational needs, explaining our capabilities and implementing solutions
Understand fund offerings in the context of the broader financial landscape and competitive environment
Requirements
University degree or equivalent, with emphasis on business administration, finance or economics preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional work experience in finance, banking, wealth management, asset management or similar; Experience within the private wealth channel is a plus
Knowledge of the financial services industry with experience in private equity, private credit, or another private markets asset class is a plus
Knowledge of design, implementation and the operational set-up of innovative fund and investment structures is a plus
Excellent organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently within tight deadlines
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to pull together ideas to make a convincing argument
Willingness to learn various processes and procedures involving several tools, databases, and reporting systems; ability to adapt to periodic changes and improvements related to such processes
Ability to communicate effectively is essential, proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is expected
Self-motivated and proactive individual with a desire to learn and succeed
Excellent English skills, additional languages are a plus
