Support strategy, planning, and governance for Director+ audiences, including leadership offsite planning, enterprise-wide strategy definition, and the management of team-wide operating forums
Lead special programs from inception through commercialization, including competitive scans, business casing, and strategic framework definition
Design and implement 'agentic-first' documentation and AI-assisted tooling to automate workflows and optimize team efficiency
Establish and maintain robust governance structures for high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
Conduct deep-dive competitive scans and market trend analysis to define product strategies, go-to-market approach, and competitive positioning
Inter-operate between technical product & engineering teams and strategists to translate business strategy into tangible business outcomes and value
Leverage business acumen to translate financial performance and ROI trade-offs into compelling narratives, ensuring the value of new initiatives and investments is clearly understood by leadership
Act as a systems thinker to maximize value delivery across strategic planning, strategic initiatives, and organizational evolution.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in management consulting (ex-consulting preferred) or a high-growth corporate strategy role
Advanced acumen in financial modeling, business case and ROI analysis
Proven track record of building strategic frameworks and business cases for complex, customer-facing digital products
Deep expertise in driving process efficiency through the creation of modern tooling and automated documentation systems
Experience in agile environments with the ability to thrive amidst evolving priorities and fast-paced delivery cycles
Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
An innovative mindset with the ability to think strategically and drive a project from a successful feature to a foundational platform
Demonstrated experience in change management and driving leadership and executive interlock across diverse teams during large-scale transformations.
