Lead a critical capability to develop a Flow Calendar concept and integrate planning into a single network view across Food Distribution Centers
Lead the evolution of the calendar from a visibility tool into an actionable planning capability that enables proactive event movement, flow smoothing, and earlier identification of network constraints
Establish clear roles and responsibilities, define RACIs, and drive accountability standards to support pre-event planning routines
Identify and elevate capacity, throughput, and overlap risks earlier in the planning cycle by integrating event timing, forecast signals, site constraints, and major business initiatives into decision-making routines
Build and sustain a robust management system including standard work, documented SOPs, operating cadences, and scalable routines to ensure continuity and effectiveness
Partner with F&B Modernization Director to modernize replenishment capabilities and translate operational needs into scalable systems, tools, and decision-support solutions
Support the transition from discovery-heavy modernization work into solution validation, rollout support, pilots, adoption, and business integration
Identify and develop tools that supplement calendar governance, capacity planning routines, and network risk visibility, reducing dependence on historical knowledge and manual coordination
Serve as a central connector across S&OE, Planning Inventory Management, S&OP, FDC Operations, Transportation, Product, Technology, and other supply chain partners to align planning inputs and execution decisions
Strengthen enterprise alignment by ensuring Flow Calendar governance supports the broader Food Supply Chain operating model
Build trusted partnerships that enable earlier engagement, stronger planning discipline, and clear accountability as systems and processes move from concept to execution
