About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the primary point of contact for bank and broker clients, owning requests and issues from initial inquiry through resolution
Diagnose and resolve complex client challenges involving products, data, and operational workflows
Build trusted relationships with clients by demonstrating deep understanding of their business, priorities, and constraints
Lead structured client discussions that focus on insights, risks, and opportunities
Execute within established operational processes with accuracy and accountability
Partner with internal teams and external clients to resolve issues and implement changes
Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders to support successful execution of initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of experience in client service, account management, fintech, or financial services
Proven ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of financial products and confidently interpret and communicate complex concepts
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and business tools, with the ability to analyze information, organize insights, and communicate clearly.
