About this role
Role Overview
- Participate in driving the efforts in Global Network Operations.
- Collaborate with vendor/contractor partners to develop and implement design, configuration, and engineering strategies.
- Provide troubleshooting and resolution to complex problems/issues.
- Support hardware/software/network technologies production environment by monitoring incidents across multiple technologies.
Requirements
- At least 1-4 years of Network operations and delivery experience in I.T.
- Strong communication, basic multi-vendor network troubleshooting skills
- Candidate must have basic understanding of Cisco R/S, Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco Wireless and Palo-Alto Firewall knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven ability to build relationship and collaborate with teams across organization
