Role Overview

• Support strategic modernization initiatives within Financial Protection and Retirement Services Technology
• Partner closely with engineering teams for technical specifications and system designs

Requirements

• Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers
• Experience managing technical stories and Jira
• Ability to align technical solutions with product strategy
• Experience with production support and product lifecycles
