Role Overview
- Responsible for profitable delivery of Brand Performance work for ~5-6M revenue
- Actively contribute to building Kantar’s network of brand experts
- Lead large, complex programs and provide guidance to team
- Consult on research design and deliver on client servicing values
- Manage downline and contribute to building Brand Performance team culture
- Act as a positive role model and drive towards organizational goals
Requirements
- Experienced, trusted adviser to clients with understanding of brand research
- Responsible for revenue targets with ~5-6M revenue for AT&T client
- Knowledge of commercial priorities for portfolio
- Ability to lead large, complex programs and manage day-to-day projects
- Provide guidance in expertise, thought leadership, design, storytelling, and client management
- Consult on research design (survey, sample, specs, deliverables)
- Accountable for profitability and client servicing values
- People management experience, managing 2-3 downline
- Contributes to strategic priorities and manages Brand Performance training needs
