Role Overview
Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point for reconciliation challenges and discrepancy resolution, ensuring compliance and operational integrity
Investigate and resolve high-priority, time-sensitive, or non-standard administrative challenges for both U.S. and Canadian markets, collaborating across internal departments to maintain continuity
Conduct regular, detailed audits of work processed by the NASC team to ensure accuracy, adherence to internal policies, and compliance with all relevant procedures
Act as the primary resource for answering detailed questions and providing real-time guidance to the NASC team regarding process interpretation and execution
Deliver comprehensive training sessions to new and existing NASC team members on wholesale processes
Analyze escalation trends and recommend process improvements to reduce risk and enhance efficiency
Accurately process incoming payments received via check, ensuring proper and timely application to designated wholesale accounts
Manage and maintain the secure physical inventory of Manufacturer’s Certificates of Origin (MSOs) and titles
Execute the accurate and timely release of MSOs and titles upon full payoff of the corresponding accounts, adhering strictly to procedural guidelines
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and releases, including rigorous regression testing to validate system integrity and continuity of operations
Assist with special projects, reports, and ad-hoc tasks, providing operational data and subject matter expertise as assigned
Requirements
2-4 years of relevant experience or 6 years experience in lieu of degree
2+ years customer service experience (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience in accounting, payment processing, compliance or operational workflows
Strong analytical and training skills
