About this role
Role Overview
Represent NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well across Independent and Symbol Group convenience stores
Build lasting relationships with store owners, managers, and independent retail decision-makers
Improve in-store placement, ranging, and availability of products
Identify new business opportunities to expand regional presence
Support retail partners with product knowledge and promotions
Support new product launches and ensure they land properly in-store
Share insights from store visits with the wider team
Requirements
Proven experience in a high-paced sales environment, ideally within FMCG
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region
Strong time management with the ability to prioritise and deliver results
Excellent communication skills, both persuasive and professional
Proactive and resourceful mindset with a focus on solutions and opportunities
Ability to combine hands-on execution with longer-term commercial thinking
