Requirements
Pursuing or recently obtained Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, Behavioral Insights, or related field
Demonstrated academic success (minimum 3.0 GPA)
Minimum academic standing of Sophomore
Active enrollment in accredited university
Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets experience
Comfort in remote collaboration and zoom meeting environments
Ability to attend in-person meetings
Internet Access: Candidates must have a stable wired Internet connection with a minimum download of 50 Mbps (megabits per second) for best performance. Wireless connectivity is also supported.
Hardware: Candidates must provide a personal computer, laptops preferable but not required, that has the most up-to-date Operating System and Drivers. Windows 11 or higher, Mac OS 14 (Sonoma) or higher. Hardware requirements are at least 4 CPUs, 8 Gb of RAM, 128 GB of storage with at least 2 GB of free space.
