Role Overview
Download and log submittals and RFIs daily.
Stamp and upload submittals timely and accurately.
Format and edit AIA Master Specifications daily.
Format and edit reports, punch lists, meeting minutes and letters as needed.
Coordinate with and support the Shop Drawing Manager, fellow Engineering Assistant, and Office Administrators to ensure shop and spec folders are covered consistently and timely each day.
Assist the Project Managers, Department Managers and Engineers with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
Assist with packaging contract documentation for clients as needed.
Assist with covering Wayne PA office front desk as needed.
Assist with special projects or administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are essential.
Must be able to work efficiently and multitask to meet deadlines.
Solid problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, required.
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
Previous engineering or construction firm experience, preferred.
Previous administrative support and clerical experience, required.
Knowledge of shop submittal and specifications process, required.
