Industrial building planning: Whether Greenfield or Brownfield – you develop production and logistics halls as well as modern office spaces with a focus on function, efficiency and future viability.
End-to-end responsibility: You manage projects holistically across all service phases (LPH 1–5), including coordination, schematic design, liaison with authorities and factory planners, and acting as the client/owner's representative.
Compliance with cost and quality standards: You assess construction costs according to DIN 276 and are familiar with the state building codes. You ensure that generally accepted technical standards (e.g., ASR guidelines or fire protection requirements) are observed.
Shaping the general planning process: You accompany the client as the central point of contact, organize expert reports, obtain permits and think across disciplines. You work closely with our experienced architect and share your knowledge across the organization.
