Strategic AI tooling roadmap: Develop and implement an AI tooling strategy for the tech cluster; decide when to use GitHub Copilot, Cursor, cloud services or on-premises solutions based on developers' needs
Efficiency and workflow optimization: Design architectures and best practices to avoid redundant AI calls and control the exponential growth of API costs
Business-to-central liaison: Primary point of contact between business units and central functions; identify AI-related requirements and translate them into concrete AI solutions
Enablement & change management: Continuous needs analysis, coordination with the training department, and ensuring tailored AI training is delivered according to business requirements.

Several years of solid experience in software development
Hands-on experience with modern AI development environments (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot Enterprise) and code assistants
Deep understanding of LLMs and architectures: Experience building or deploying multi-agent systems (e.g., Anthropic, AutoGPT, LangChain) as well as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
High self-motivation and pioneering spirit; ability to work independently
Strong communication skills, commercial/business mindset, and didactic ability
Security and compliance mindset: Understanding of data classification and IP leakage risks
Ideally experience in regulated or safety-critical R&D environments
